What is the best way to submit a wholesale order?

The best way to submit an order is to send us an email, since we are often busy on the workshop floor.

What do I need to do in order to buy at wholesale prices?

We offer wholesale pricing for case quantities to all buyers. Minimum order quantity is 24 units for the Audubon Bird Call and 12 units for the Soda Bottle Bird Feeder. Please call or contact us by email to confirm your billing and shipping addresses when submitting wholesale orders.

What are your standard payment terms?

For new customers, we require payment in advance of shipping by credit card or PayPal. After the first order, we are happy to work on NET 30 terms, and can take payment by check.

My bird call isn’t making any noise :(

The bird call needs periodic re-application of rosin powder on the contact surface of wood and metal. Rosin is included with each bird call in a small capsule. If you need more rosin, please email us.

How does the bird call work? What kind of birds does it imitate?

With a little practice, the bird call can be used to create all manner of squeaks and chirp type sounds common to many bird species. In general, it can trick birds into thinking they are among other birds. The same sounds also are of interest to hawks, cats, etc.

The bottle won’t fit my bird feeder. The hole seems too big for my 2L bottle. Is there something wrong with my bottle?

Plastic 2L bottles are of a standard size. This problem is due to the residual plastic ring left behind on some soda bottles, which interferes with the feeder’s locking tabs. Remove the plastic ring near the bottle threads with scissors and your bottle should fit. See diagram for more information.
